It's never easy trying to decide to work with a new supplier, afterall you are effectively trusting them with the success of your business, here's why we're a good bet.
We understand that it's difficult to pick a new partner to work with on developing your business ventures, and the key word here is 'partner', if you're not looking for a business partner then we are probably not the right fit for you. We're not in this business to be the biggest or to get ridiculously rich, our goals are to work with a select group of clients who we trust and who trust us.
Indeed, we are pretty picky about who we choose to deal with, and rightly so we think. We have a number of our own business ventures on the go at any one time and in working with others we need to divert attention away from those ventures in order to get the job done. So, from our point of view we want to make sure that whoever we do business with is going to be a good fit for us, not just financially but personally - if you can't be friends with your business partners then what's the point?
It's fair to say that there are a large number of businesses out there that do what we do, we won't argue that point and we'll also concede that there are bigger businesses out there that are likely to do a the work quicker. One the flip side these bigger, better, faster businesses will charge more and give you less of a personal serice than we will, it's just the way big business works, and let's face it once you are a certain size the small pieces of work really don't matter that much any more.
We've have over 10 years experience working with the Internet and technology. Now just so you know, this isn't us adding up the 2-3 years worth of experience that 3 or 4 people have and turning it into a bigger number to impress you. Those 10 years are real time spent working with web technologies from basic HTML through to dynamic websites as well as Internet Marketing techniques (it's fair to say our IM experience is our newest skill, but it's growing).
The company is new, but then that's because we've really wanted or needed one in the past, however truth be told people like to see LTD at the end of a business name and it also makes it easier to separate the business from our personal interests. Rest assured, if we choose to work with on whatever you need, you'll be getting a great set of skills and a high level of personal attention.
Like we mentioned earlier, we're not in this to become millionaires or to sell out to some large global marketing agency, our goals are smaller and more manageable (for everyone involved). We'd much rather help a one-man-band develop his first product, the website and the marketing strategy (and have it be successful) than land a massive annual development contract with a multi-national business.
Why? Well it's simple, we believe that everyone can do with the services we provide and we would rather work with the business owner and decision maker than 10 layers of marketing or product specialists who all have an opinion and want to treat us like 'the agency'. It's easy to get wrapped up in the hype of the high-profile client, but at the end of the day with the way the world is run it's much easier to manage relationships when you can forge a strong relationship with those who have a vested interest in the success of their business.

A word of warning though, don't be suprised if your small project turns into something bigger once we get our heads around how it could impact on the success of the rest of your business - we like to think outside the box on occasion! And you'd be surprised how much impact a small project can have on an integrated business plan overall, so don't say we didn't warn you.
We think one of the best features a business partner can have is a recognition of when they are not the best people for the job. Afterall, just because we can do one thing doesn't mean we are automatically the best people to do everything else. We like to think we know where our limits are and in most cases we'll do out best to avoid breaking them, so don't be surprised if you ask us for something only for us to tell you another company could be better at it.
Of course on some occasions this may just come down to workload, we're not a huge company (and we intend to stay that way) so we may already be busy on another project or two. It's not to say we wouldn't want to do the work but we also believe that we should only take something on that we can give 100% to, there's no point promising the earth when we can't deliver, that's not fair to you or us.
One of the beautiful things about the Internet is how it has brought the world closer together and also made it much easier to find services when they're needed. Like any small company we sometimes find ourselves in need of an extra pair of hands or specialised skills, and being involved in the industry means we know where to look when we need to fill a gap.
The benefits to you are that if you are an established partner and we wouldn't normally be able to fit in your project we can always look to utilise additional external resources that we trust and have worked with in the past. Generally we can get these guys on board at short notice and we can also shop around where necessary to ensure that you are given the best possible service at the best price.
